Coin Toss Investigation Was a Fake Story, Disregard and Delete Email

If you received an email from me about the Iowa coin toss being investigated for fraud delete it.

It was sent to me by a trusted source so I didn’t do the extra due diligence I should have. I accept full responsibility for the error, and would also add a warning to readers to be aware of real looking links with “.co” at the very end. I have found these fake links for both CBS News and ABC News, which can look genuine unless you are careful.

Again, apologies for the error.

  1. Maybe those stories were fakes, but if any story about Hillary does not include something about fraud and deceit it can’t possibly be honest. It’s going to be really interesting to have someone even more corrupt than Obama in office.

I just hope I can get out in time.

  2. Michael, your apologies, without details, leaves a lot to be desired—and standing alone, is a cop-out. A simple “coin flip” to determine a “tie”, on such critical issues is wrong—as the “will of the people” is completely disregarded. I would suggest instead of a “coin flip”, they award the “winner” to the tied-precinct that has the most votes—-at least some votes will count . Also, I thought all “close-counts” required an automatic review for illegal voting, Personally, I question that six precincts had a tie vote for the same two candidates— that stretches the odds factor by my a mile or so. Also, the caucus program involves but a very small percentage of the actual voters in the precinct, to the point of being meaningless, except for its “propaganda” aspects Has this “coin-flip” law every been reviewed for being unconstitutional or illegal?

    • How is it a cop-out? All he said is he found out that the story about investigating coin tosses is fake, and he regrets not checking it out before sending the email. Am I missing something?

  4. It sounded legit…but then I saw the story next to it about Obama signing an executive order that limited all Americans to three guns. I knew, as dumb as he is, he isn’t THAT dumb : )

Re Donald’s comment above that he thought a precinct’s tie vote sounded implausible: The city I live in of 150,000 had a city council election a few years back. With eight districts, we had not one but two tie votes, one of which went to state district court to decide. The eventual outcome was a true tie decided by…a coin toss.

It can and does happen in real life.
