It’s Official: The FBI Classifies Peaceful American Protestors as “Terrorists”

Thanks to a Freedom of Information Act request from the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF), we have details for the first time of how government intelligence organizations and the corporate state worked together in secret to battle the Occupy Wall Street movement.  The best report I have read on this story comes from the PCJF themselves.  Here are some of their key findings:

“This production, which we believe is just the tip of the iceberg, is a window into the nationwide scope of the FBI’s surveillance, monitoring, and reporting on peaceful protestors organizing with the Occupy movement.

FBI documents just obtained by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) pursuant to the PCJF’s Freedom of Information Act demands reveal that from its inception, the FBI treated the Occupy movement as a potential criminal and terrorist threat even though the agency acknowledges in documents that organizers explicitly called for peaceful protest and did “not condone the use of violence” at occupy protests.

“These documents show that the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security are treating protests against the corporate and banking structure of America as potential criminal and terrorist activity.  These documents also show these federal agencies functioning as a de facto intelligence arm of Wall Street and Corporate America.”

The documents are heavily redacted, and it is clear from the production that the FBI is withholding far more material.

Here’s how a few of the local bureaus classified the threat.

The Jacksonville, Florida FBI prepared a Domestic Terrorism briefing on the “spread of the Occupy Wall Street Movement” in October 2011. The intelligence meeting discussed Occupy venues identifying “Daytona, Gainesville and Ocala Resident Agency territories as portions …where some of the highest unemployment rates in Florida continue to exist.”

The Memphis FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force met to discuss “domestic terrorism” threats, including, “Aryan Nations, Occupy Wall Street, and Anonymous.”

Jackson, MS Joint Terrorism Task Force issued a “Counterterrorism Preparedness” alert. This heavily redacted document includes the description, “To document…the Occupy Wall Street Movement.”

So there you have it.  I and countless others have warned about this for years.  The “war on terrorism” was always going to be redirected home at domestic activists upset about the complete and total theft of American wealth by the protected financial, corporate and political oligarchy.  Now all of the stuff you supported to supposedly protect you from bearded men in caves will be employed on you and your families.  Nice work America.  Like I said:  All My Heroes Have FBI Files.

These documents show that the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security are a total waste of money.

  2. The DOJ, FBI, & State Dept work as a virtual arm of the MAFIAA, Big Content lobby, not surprising they do the same for other groups who contribute big money to political campaigns.

  3. War is always about controlling the domestic agenda.

Really, the only chance of turning the tide against this creeping fascism now is to break the Myth of 9/11 in the American consciousness. Not because it is the greatest crime, but because it is the Casus Belli for these ongoing crimes against our personal sovereignty and civil liberties.

Start with “ae911truth.org” – it doesn’t take very long for the light to come on. It’s high school physics. Yet, and incredibly, the greater scientific and engineering communities have either not looked at or have gone along with this fraud.
