  1. I bet this ridiculous practice would stop, tomorrow, if it was being done in rich neighborhoods. How many wealthy old women in fur coats are they summarily stopping? How many a55hole banksters are they stopping and frisking? Hell, just coming out of a Wall Street bank employee entrance is should be much more suspicious than some kid walking down a street in harlem.
