  1. Dems becoming this hawkish is a damning indictment of the party. Liberals are supposed to have two core tenets: anti-poverty and anti-war. They seem uninterested in fighting bankers and have morphed from apathy to being outright pro-war. Could a modern Dem even explain what the party is supposed to stand for? Do they realize there is a world outside gender pronouns, race baiting, and virtue signaling?

    This is yet more evidence that the two party system is broken, along with the financial system and a bunch of other things. I don’t blame Repubs for taking a chance on Trump, circumventing the party elite, but it’s too bad for them he didn’t mean the things he said on the campaign trail.
