While the Feinstein-Lee Amendment wasn’t perfect, it was a small step forward as I outlined in my piece: My Thoughts on the Feinstein-Lee Amendment to the NDAA. Amazingly, this small victory has been stripped out of the final bill by our “representatives.” If this doesn’t prove without a shadow of a doubt that this government is criminal and wants the power to lock up citizens without trial I don’t know what will. WASHINGTON — Congress stripped a provision Tuesday from a defense bill that aimed to shield Americans from the possibility of being imprisoned indefinitely without trial by the military. The provision was replaced with a passage that appears to give citizens little protection from indefinite detention.
The new provision appears to do little, because the Supreme Court has already declared that the writ of habeas corpus — requiring that someone be presented to a judge — applies to all people. The more difficult part of whether people deserve a trial remains unsettled, and the new provision does not appear to resolve it.
Could their intentions be any more clear?

You really must question Feinstein’s TRUE intentions, considering the fact that she is pshing some of the most draconian gun control legislation ever. This NDAA bit was likely all theater, she was saying one thing but wanting something else entirely. She’s a wicked and dangerous opponent to freedom and liberty.

This does NOT remove the executive branch’s ability to indefinitely detain whoever they want. It removes their right to indefinitely detain US citizens and legal residents, but the bill also still grants them the ability to strip citizenship and legal residency at the drop of a hat for “belligerence,” which has still not been defined, and never will be. This amendment is every bit as useless as Obama’s signing statement. Spread the word.

It seems though instead of jews, black and other non Aryans will be safe while the pro gun, pro freedom group will be turned to ash.
These people who are supposed to represent us have become the very demon that the founders feared, running the country to financial ruin, now trying to limit or remove our rights, and then reaffirming laws that can lead to total supression of any dissent if they saw it as too strong of a threat. I was Christmas shopping today, but felt compelled to take refuge from the trinket-hungry hordes in a beautiful church. I just sat a while in a pew, letting the ambience in and (aimlessly) picked up a bible for the first time in about 40 years. It literally fell open at the beginning of “Lamentations”.
I’m no fundamentalist, a sort of arm-chair christian, (“Blessed are the peace-makers” and “Thou shalt not….” is about as far as I go) but the prescience of Lamentations truly blew me away. Read it, friends, whether you’re a belever or not.
Only in a country run by idiots can someone believe that stripping you of your ability to defend yourself will make you safe. It goes without saying that the rights and privileges of government come before the rights of its people.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.
Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to “assimilate,” i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.
What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?
How long would it take anyone to realize I’m not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?

I personally am the product of this disaster that you lament. My mother is from Chile and came here as an immigrant. If the world operated the way you wanted I would 1) Never have been born 2) You wouldn’t have found my site…I suppose the world would be a better place right? Thanks for posting it. What do you mean by divide and conquer?
The statement is simply about the right of the white race to survive. its not about others. its not about inferior or superior.
Whites are an endangered race, they are not having enough babies to replace themselves, which is a pretty good definition of being endangered.
Then we have mass#s of other races coming in as immigrants allowed by the “white” govtmts. We have laws passed to force integration. we have social control methods to increase/encourage interracial mating/dating. With time the effect of all these things is fewer Whites, more non-whites, more mixed races.
Its also to be noted this is not happening in Black or Asian countries.
The point is in US/Canada, for example, by 2043 Whites will fall to below 50% of the population (10-20 % of other races in White countries is an entirely different thing – right now it is an unending flood). Similar conditions are happening in Europe with White fertility much lower than in US/Canada.
For decades Whites have been giving to Africa out of compassion.
Certainly the endangered state of the White race merits the same sort of compassion.
