‘You Shouldn’t Listen to Me’ – Here’s What Bernie Sanders Said About Voting for Hillary Clinton

Before he lost the rigged Democratic primary to Hillary Clinton (only to become her sad mascot in the subsequent months), Bernie Sanders was actually speaking some truth to voters.

A perfect example of that can be seen in the following clip from an MSNBC town hall where he responds to a supporter’s question about whether he should vote for Hillary if she wins the primary.

Enjoy.

  1. I disagree with many of his views, mostly just economics, how to pay for many of his plans, but agree with more of his views than those of Hillary or Trump. Endorsing Hillary made him a laughing stock and a complete joke for what his campaign originally stood for in the first place, in my humble opinion.

  2. All 3 Countries I’ve lived in all have had more than 2 Parties standing. I think Americans are caught on the horns of a very deeply ingrained dualist way of looking at the world. It’s either A or B. If A is good then B is bad.

Could be to do with the way christian religion is so influential there.
In reality there is no good choice in this election. There are only different shades of bad.
The American people are primed like never before to overthrow the 2 party system. Looking in from Canada, I feel at once hopeful and worried about the good people I count as friends in the US. Forget the news and stereotypes, most people I’ve met from the US I would be pleased to call friends.
Thanks for your great Blogging BTW Mike. You have a wider audience than you probably realize.

    • It doesn’t matter if there were 3 parties legitimately contending for the presidential position. The system is so corrupted and the citizen are so ignorant that it is destined to fail. One virtuous man or woman sitting in the Oval Office, acting for the good of the people, would accomplish nothing but slow or hasten the demise of the The Empire of The United States of America. It’s a dead country walking, abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

  3. Just as the British Empire did, the American Empire is rapidly crumbling. History clearly shows that this was and is inevitable.

As Alan pointed out, our citizenry is so pathetically ignorant and self-absorbed that the Buddha or Jesus Christ could become President and it wouldn’t make a difference.

Personally, I say good riddance. Because the United States of America and its military has become a pox upon the earth.

And I don’t know how much they paid Bernie to become the Hillary/DNC lapdog. But it must have been a tidy sum. In a lot of ways that makes him even worse than her or Trump.

  4. Seltzer man Bolshevik Bernie got his briefca$e full of Clinton Ca$h and endorsed Hilly after some prattle about getting money out of politics. He also said Hilly was the corporate wall street candidate.
Only stupid college trust fund punks fell for his schtick.
Yea the outsider who has worked in government for over 30 years.
Check out his voting record and there was a time when he had protestors arrested outside a military industrial complex in Vermont.
