Video of the Day: Pirate Party Founder Explains “Swarm Intelligence”

Rick Falkvinge is an interesting guy. The 41-year old Swede started the Pirate Party in 2006, and then five years later stated that he had put all of his savings into Bitcoin. He is currently focused on a concept for social change that revolves around something he calls “swarm intelligence,” and he recently spent 20 minutes discussing it during a TEDx Oslo talk. He believes that there are four key criteria that any project plan must posses in order to succeed. It must be:

1) Tangible
2) Credible
3) Inclusive
4) Epic

For those interested in an uplifting speech on how to think about making a difference and having some fun at the same time, definitely take the time to watch this.
