The I-Team independently verified that the spraying of zinc cadmium sulfide did take place in St. Louis on thousands of unsuspecting citizens. What is unclear is whether the Army added a radioactive material to the compound as Martino-Taylor’s research implies.
“The study was secretive for reason. They didn’t have volunteers stepping up and saying yeah, I’ll breathe zinc cadmium sulfide with radioactive particles,” said Martino-Taylor.
“There is a lot of evidence that shows people in St. Louis and the city, in particular minority communities, were subjected to military testing that was connected to a larger radiological weapons testing project,” she said.
While the Army admits it added a florescent substance to the zinc cadmium compound, details of whether it was radioactive remains secret.
How much would you like to bet that anyone that raised issues with this back then would be labeled a “conspiracy theorist.” But that was the 1950’s and 60’s. The government definitely loves us now.

How could it be a study if there was no follow up. They just sprayed. I think it is called attempted murder.
Today the military/U.S. Government continues this tradition by aerial spraying the entire world with a toxic chemical shield, in the name of geoengineering. More specifically “solar radiation management”. Aluminum-, barium-, strontium-containing trails behind planes that spread out to eventually turn out blue skies white and theoretically radiate the sun’s harmful rays away from earth.
Just look at the USAF’s “Owning the Weather by 2025”. The Royal Society in the UK (“Geoengineering the Climate”), the U.N.’s IRGC (“Cooling the Earth Through Solar Radiation Management”), U.S. House Committee on Science & Technology (“Engineering the Climate: Research Needs and Strategies for International Coordination” and 3 separate hearings on Geoengineering in 2009/2010). All documents succinctly describe what could possibly done with SRM, but state there may be unintended negative consequences to human health and the environment, so more studies are needed. When one reads these documents, then looks UP, it is easy to see they are already doing it. The hearings ask how SRM can be done without violating laws requiring notification and consent from the entire population as test subjects.
A lawsuit against the EPA was just filed this week showing that our stewards of human health and the environment have been illegally testing humans’ reactions to PM2.5 by not telling them that what they were breathing in could cause death in 1-2 days. The lawsuit calls for the immediate halt of these ongoing tests.
