Harvard Study Finds Fluoride Lowers IQ

Good thing they put fluoride in the water supply all over the United States of America, including here in Boulder where I live.  In a study published July 20 online in Environmental Health Perspectives, a US National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences’ journal, the researchers found, amongst other things that:

The children in high fluoride areas had significantly lower IQ than those who lived in low fluoride areas.

Fluoride readily crosses the placenta. Fluoride exposure to the developing brain, which is much more susceptible to injury caused by toxicants than is the mature brain, may possibly lead to damage of a permanent nature.

Another key quote from the Reuters article on the subject:

“It’s senseless to keep subjecting our children to this ongoing fluoridation experiment to satisfy the political agenda of special-interest groups,” says attorney Paul Beeber, NYSCOF President.  “Even if fluoridation reduced cavities, is tooth health more important than brain health? It’s time to put politics aside and stop artificial fluoridation everywhere, says Beeber.”

Nothing to see here folks.  Keep watching American Idol.  Stay dumb and obedient little sheeple.  The government wants your teeth to be shiny and clean because they love you.

  1. Mike,
I can’t tell you how great it was to see this Harvard study published the other day. Those of us in the patriot/truth movement often face scorn and ridicule when bringing up the subject of fluoride and its effects. As each day passes and more and more of the criminal machinations of the elite are revealed, more and more people will awaken. Love your blog. Keep up the good work. People like you give me hope that we can defeat these globalist criminals.

  2. Same reasons they put Aspertame, a proven neurotoxin, in prepared baby food, mercury in “vaccines”, high fructose corn syrup in various processed food, etc., etc., etc… The ones they don’t want dead they want as sick, ever-consuming cognitively handicapped slaves.

  3. The Nazis used massive fluoridation in their concentration camps. So did the Stalin in his gulag. Fluoride poisonning made the prisoners more docile. So you still think the US governement and USA is still a democracy ? I really think that these measures were done intentionnally like Adolf Hitler and Joseph Staline did in their concentration camps. You can say today that USA is the proud imitator of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union ! By the way it was the chemists of A G Farben that first discovered the delibitating properties of fluor. A G Farben has fabricated Zyclon-B the ancestor of pesticides and insecticides (but orginally used to exterminate people in concentration camps). These corporations and the US government are mass criminalls. They should be put on trial like at Nurenberg.

    • Marc, read ‘Hoax of the 20th Century,’ ‘The Leuchter Report,’ and ‘The Rudolf Report’ — all available free online in PDF — find out the real story on Zyklon and the concentration camps. The three authors — Northwestern engineering professor, sole builder of electric chair and gas chamber facilities in the U.S., and a masters level chemist — concluded that the concentration camps and incinerators were incapable of extermination and mass incineration, and that the limited Zyklon B was used at small, pesticide chambers to delouse linens and clothing.

The Holocaust is a huge lie, in the tradition of the moon landings, Muslims and 9/11, etc.

    • Hold on a second. Let’s be very clear about some stuff here. I personally know several grandparents of friends that were in the camps and have the numbers tattooed on them and others who directly lost people. Saying the Holocaust is a huge lie is ridiculous and not helpful to anything. Seriously what is the point of making such statements anyway? To create hatred against Jewish people? All TPTB want is to divide and conquer. The most sheeple thing that anyone can do is divide and conquer. Are you defending the Nazis? Seriously, come on.

    • Unfortunately for you John G., objective historical records of the german government and A G Farben. and the russian government and the archives of the Communist Party are there to prove it. I live in the real world contrary to you John G. You are free to think and say anything but reality always speak by itself.
Staline and Hitler were monsters and the US politicians who authorized massive use of fluoride in USA are also monsters and should be tried for ecological crimes against Americans. Fluor chemical properties on humans are VERY WELL documented. It would be interesting to know WHO exactly promoted this measure in USA.

    • Michael, I have a conventional background (Chicago MBA, Naval officer, gold bug since ’04), and have learned that much of what I ‘learned’ — efficient markets, ‘benevolent’ government, ‘good’ military — was wrong.

Scan the three books and decide for yourself.

If Wall Street funded the rise of Hitler, FDR, and the Bolsheviks — Antony Sutton’s work documents such — then much of what we were taught about WWII is bunk. A government that could provoke an attack on its own military — see McCullough memo IRT Pearl Harbor — assassinate its best general — Patton — or needlessly drop the A-bomb to establish that it was the BSD in the world is capable of many, many evil things, including staging 9/11 and faking the moon landings.

Work camps and tattooes were real; death from typhus was real; extermination was not.

    • Obviously, I think the vast majority of stuff we are told is garbage. However, belittling the Holocaust where all sorts of people were rounded up and put into camps is not helpful in any way shape or form. Governments kill, dictatorships kills millions. The NAZIS did all that. The way you described the Holocaust was offensive personally and in my opinion unhelpful and feeds into the divide and conquer paradigm. Defending the Bill of Right and Freedom and a search for truth does not have to be done by belittling the suffering of others.

    • I after research can’t find anything supporting nazi use of fluoride, after research it seems more plausible they did research on it and after losing the war it was brought to America with the scientist’s we gave immunity to, ND was then tested as early as 1945 in the usa

  4. Thank you for posting this Mike. I think there have been like 80 something studies which have confirmed these findings. If we keep drinking the water we may become too dumb to understand why they made us that way. Maybe that already happened. Great blog.

  5. One thing to look at is the Statins – every white anglo saxon male seems to be taking them. One of the side effects is “fuzzy” thinking. It would be ironic indeed if the fall of the West was linked to our leaders all being just a little off due to this universal medication.

It sure seems like we’re getting a lot of non-optimal decisions being made up there. It happened to the Romans with the lead acetate.

Here’s a quote from the web:

Reports about memory loss, forgetfulness and confusion span all statin drugs and all age groups of patients, the F.D.A. said. Dozens of well-controlled trials of statins have offered few hints that the drugs cause any kind of cognitive impairment, Dr. Egan said. Still, the F.D.A. has received many reports over the years that some patients felt unfocused or “fuzzy” in their thinking after taking the medicines.

Officials in the F.D.A. debated whether such reports were truly worrisome, Dr. Egan said. But in recent years, the F.D.A. — criticized for waiting too long to issue some safety alerts — has become more willing to be public about possible drug risks, even when the evidence is uncertain

“We are trying to be as transparent as possible with our alerts and labeling,” Dr. Egan said, even though the alert on the possibility of fuzzy thinking “is not overly helpful.”

  6. Along the lines of chemical dumbing down, Russell Blaylock is a good source of info. A retired neuro-surgeon, now writing on health and nutrition. He calls msg and aspartame excito-toxins. They can destroy neurons, and interfere with fetal cerebral development. He also writes on the fluoride issue in his “Health and Nutrition Secrets”.

    • Not to even mention all the crazy psychiatric pharmaceuticals. How insane is it to have millions of children on psychoactive drugs, the same kids that are full of high-fructose corn syrup, caffeine, trans-fats, hormones, msg, pink slime, etc.

  7. I see none of you actually went to the sources of the “article” which is an unedited press release that Reuters claims they have no responsibility in making.

Choi’s study is based in China and India where fluoride is leached into the well water from the soil, and it’s not even the same type of fluoride that is put into water, and the case of over-fluoridation is well beyond 20 times that of what’s put into drinking water. Something of which the article purposefully omitted.

Additionally the “article” is written by the Coalition Opposed to Fluoridation, Inc. The guys who, with no evidence, started their existence claiming fluoride was used in Jewish ghettos during WWII. Can you not see the conflict of interest? They’re existence is dependent on cherry-picking articles like this and they continue to exist despite conventional science because the average person is too lazy to read the source when it isn’t packaged into a convenient translation from a “journalist” that perpetuates their confirmation bias.

This isn’t news, this isn’t journalism, nor is it legitimate findings in the pursuit to invalidate water fluoridation. It’s a given that eating toxic doses of a number of items we eat/drink every day, from chocolate to water, is “potentially” harmful.

If you want a legitimate reason to stop fluoridation, stick with it’s cost, which is a valid concern; not manufactured concerns of homeopathic journalists trying to push their products by writing alarmist articles that even reputable news sources like Reuters won’t be held accountable for.

Sincerely, a person against fluoridation for financial concerns

  8. I would really love to see some studies. Or even better, I would like to see some old Nazi studies that they actually used it in concentration camps, and in which quantities.
You know, unless this evidence has mysteriously disappeared after WW2
